Spiritual Art & Magic according to Article 17 paragraph 1 DS-GVO is obliged to delete the personal data taking into account the available information technologies and integration costs, to take reasonable precautions to take technical and logistical measures to inform the processing of such personal data by third parties by providing information to refrain from further processing of such affected personal data and to remove references of any kind to remove these, as far as a legal basis for the data processing of these personal data is missing.

§ 9.4 Restriction of the processing of personal data

If one of the following circumstances applies, an Affected Person is entitled to demand the restriction of data processing and to expect the implementation by Alke GmbH Spiritual Art & Magic:

  • The correctness of the personal data contained in the data processing of Alke Ltd. Spiritual Art & Magic shall be guaranteed by the persons concerned for a period of time ensuring the verifiability of the correctness of the personal data complained about.

§ 9.6 Objection to the processing of personal data

In accordance with European law, any Affected Person concerned with the processing of personal data should revoke the legitimacy of further processing of their personal data.
